Job Responsibility:
1)Ensure the implementation of respective category strategy plan.
2)Continue to drive the category sales and implement marketing plan.
3)Develop new products through research for the business.
4)Keep track of market tends and proactively source new products and seek exclusive items to differentiate our brand.
5)Ensure the development and implementation of an effective operating plan to support the category expansion.
6)Optimizes assortment by reviewing sales data, maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities.
7)Improve turnover, positively foster customer shopping behavior, and increase GP via profit analysis on product developments.
8)Monitor competitors initiatives and retail market changes.
9)Ensure all working processes and procedures are aligned with Health and Safety regulations.
10)Lead Category Management team to implement initiatives approved by Leadership team and to maximize sales and profit.
11)Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the business and support overall business initiatives.
Position Requirement:
1)University graduate with minimum 5 years' FMCG experience, preferably with experience in IPD product development and marketing is an advantage.
2)Dynamic, proactive and result-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
3)Attentive to detail and react quickly to changes in the retail market.
4)Strong interpersonal communications, negotiation and analytical skills.
5)Good command of English and Chinese.
