- 贯彻公司及品牌形象
- 负责监督所辖区域内各店铺的日常运作管理、产品销售、顾客服务
- 发展、指导、培养和激发店铺经理的高绩效团队，以确保运营模式高效执行，并达到或超越销售目标
- 负责监督所辖区域内各店铺的人事管理及人员培训
- 执行公司对品牌的陈列指引
要求 :
- 大专及以上学历
- 具备8年以上有关服装零售管理经验，及具备最少有6年区域经理经验 (具奢侈品零售经验为佳 )
- 对时装有浓厚的兴趣，及具有潮流触角
- 精通英语及计算机操作
- 能具有独立工作能力、有团队合作精神、高度工作责任心及良好的沟通协调能力 举报 分享
