职位描述：
Job descriptions for Air Import Documentation:
1. Daily track the arrival status with terminal team & warehouse team.
        每日追踪货物到港信息。
2. Recover the MAWB in system once physical cargo fully arrived.
        货物到港后的E2K系统更新。
3. Keep tracking with carriers & origin stations for those partial/delayed shpts.
        向始发港和航空公司查询航班分批、延误信息。
4. If any irregularity, update the delay reason into system accordingly.
        需要及时在系统中更新由于任何异常情况导致的货物延误原因。
5. Compare the physical cargo info with ETA info, keep CSRs informed if any discrepancy.
        对照实际到港货物信息和系统中的预报信息，如有异常需通知客服。
6. Monitor the damage / out package situation with terminal / warehouse team & prepare the report accordingly.
         货物破损报告的准备。
7. Daily track the ETA info from system & download the pre-alert accordingly.
         每日在系统中导出货物相关信息，下载发票箱单等相应的预报文件。
8. Prepare the daily ETA/ATA report base on the arrival info from warehouse team.
         准备每日的预报及实际到港货物的表格并提供给仓库参考。
9. COD billing & credit shpts billing.
          票结和月结客户的帐单。
10. Update every shpt milestone status into system per IE’s requirement.
          按照IE要求在系统中更新每票货物的每个状态。
11. Monitor the weekly FGV/AOT performance & analysis.
           每周针对FGV和AOT成绩做分析统计。
12. Prepare the Monthly tonnage report.
           准备每月的货量统计表格。
13. Keep all original customs released HAWBs /MAWBs on file for customs’ audit.
           归档整理好每一票总单及分单以便海关核查。

工作要求：
1.欢迎大学生暑期应聘，为期六个月 （一个星期至少四天到岗），20元/h
