Responsibility:
Support HR each function including recruiting, training, C&B, etc
Support to ensure HR department to run smoothly
Requirement:
The area of responsibility includes in particular the following tasks:
- Internal communication and coordination with different parties internally and externally regarding HR issues
- Support on HR activities and projects in recruiting, training and C&B functions
- Support on dealing with staff relationship, actively collect needs and expectations from staff
- Internal Data updating, control, monitoring and protection
- Update, check and monitor different kinds of HR reports and documentations
Competences
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding, clear expression and proactive in communication
- Good working attitude and learning ability
- Must be careful and detail oriented, able to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Have the ability to meet deadlines, and handle unexpected situation
- Must be able to work under pressure
- PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required
- Good command of written and oral English
