Mission职位使命:
The Senior Systems Analyst works with business departments to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve the existing computer systems. The Senior Systems Analyst provides direction and takes responsibility for specific projects assigned including planning, estimating, determining requirements, analyzing, designing, coding, conversion and implementation:
? Responsible for JDEdwards ERP system and regional&local system development
? Responsible for JDEdwards ERP system daily support and Consultant to support Incident, Problem and Change management
? Providing quick response and support for the issues with Global/regional/site systems in Asia sites.
? Responsible for keep communication and getting support from global support team or process owner for the daily jobs. To be global/regional project team member base on the project requirements.
? Contribution to user training and acceptance test
Main duties 主要职责:
? Act as a liaison to the business departments providing assistance to identify business processes, workflow, business requirements, and training.
? Plan and conduct the analysis of business processes and systems
? Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions to resolve business system problems and improve the business process.
? Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required.
? Gather/analyze business requirements, create technical specifications documentation, participate in requirements and technical design reviews. Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
? Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
? Develop/review test plans, execute testing processes, and review test results.
? Code solutions as required.
? Create user documentation and conduct user training.
? Upgrades system and corrects errors to maintain system after implementation.
? Communicate/assist with the project managers in providing status of deliverables and identifying any issues requiring resolution or escalation.
? May direct and coordinate work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs.
Level knowledge & experience知识, 经验要求
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent work experience
? Minimum 5 years of project experience as a System Analyst defining business requirements
? Minimum 5 years of experience using a Software Development Life Cycle methodology
? 3+ years working experience in JDE support or project management, One or more implementations of an ERP package of JD Edwards
? Thorough understanding of various JDE modules and solid experience with more than 1 of the following JD Edwards modules: Finance, Manufacturing, Sales & distribution, Accounting, Costing, Pricing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, Work Flow Management, Quality Management, EDI transactions, etc.

? Should have in-depth knowledge and ability to read, understand and modify C++ and working knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL.
? Proficiency in writing program specifications
? Proficiency in program and system testing
? Familiarity with a system development life cycle methodology
? Analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
? Knowledge of technology industry standards and trends within area of expertise is a plus
