Our client is a Multinational Company, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Set up and maintain STC with full-line metallization processing capability, develop and enhance in-house cell characterization and analysis expertise

- Leveraging local and global resources, drive solutions to all process related issues, design and implement experiment/paths for cell efficiency improvement to meet customer requirements

- In close conjunction and integration with UK process/demo team: -

- Stay fully trained and updated with CLIENT product and process technology, as well as engineering releases that are backed by Applications support and studies.

- Cross support UK process and engineering team in continuous product and process development

- Provide on-site, STC and/or UK product demonstrations and process improvement to customers

- Maintain key communication interface between CLIENT internal sales, engineering and customers in delivering custom fit solutions, and feedback internally for equipment, tooling and module improvements

- Liaise and support CLIENT sales teams and individuals with the technical process aspects of client requirements.

- Provide effective technical process development mentoring to regional Customer Support Engineers.

- Attend major PV exhibits, trade shows and technical conferences, and prepare, publish and present papers in association with work achievements.

- Identify, establish and maintain technical relationship with regional PV institutions, universities and other suppliers in order to develop project opportunities for new technology/ process development and applications.

Requirements:-

- Qualified to minimum of Bachelor degree, Master or above preferred, in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of engineering experience.

- Demonstrate a successful track record of working in the PV manufacturing industry, ideally in the screening printing area with hands-on experience. During which the job holder will have developed a good working knowledge of:

- screen printing process and the mediums and materials involved;

- design for Manufacture and the implementation of new processes.

- Demonstrate experience of successfully introducing new products and new processes within the PV manufacturing arena.

- Possess experience of successfully managing projects that may involve the co-operation of others.

- Able to achieve goals/ objectives as an individual and also preferably in a team environment.

- Possess very strong interpersonal skills, in order to achieve an effective process relationship with the client. Able to communicate effectively face to face and in writing with people at all levels in an organisation.

- Requires strong verbal communication skills to exchange technical and/or strategic information and written communication to prepare complex reports and analysis on a regular basis

- Demonstrate competence in the following personal management aptitudes/ skills:

- Planning

- Co-ordinating a variety of tasks

- Monitoring/ analysing and management reporting

- Time management.

- Able and willing to travel domestically and globally (mostly within Asia) in order to meet with customers and internal sales/ service personnel. Expect 50%+ travel.

- High fluency in Mandarin and English
