职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure right accounting booking and financial treatment
o Set up the principles for the cost booking for each cost component.
o Know “How to” on the whole fixed asset management process
2. Cost deployment leader and support performance management and decision making
o Work with other work stream leader and factory operation team to understand the cost base and identify the biggest loss to generate the project for loss attack.
o Lead the real time data collection to support the Cost deployment matrix analysis.
3. Ensure control and compliance are in place within site
o Identify the risk point of the process and ensure the control process are in place
o Assist and support the process champion to land the process and standardization across the site
