Responsibilities:

Maintain good business relationship with customers and stakeholders.

Well organizing, managing and coaching import subordinates to execute daily import operation.

Monitor and execute normal import product from nationwide gateway for multiple international famous brand customers such McD’s, Baskin Robbins and any SVC import business.

Investigate and analyze the feasibility of new product import, align new project launch and propose product budget of import supply chain cost.

Be responsible for import operation, including but not limited to import project management, schedule planning, cost analyze, import declaration, CIQ and sanitary license etc. following up.

Quick response and good communications with Customs, CIQ etc. government and officials for business supervision and guidance, and keep good work relationship.

Well manage service providers such as brokers, cold storages for import products, subcontractors of cold chain, appraisal KPI report to ensure their service level up to a high standard for customer.

Optimize imported item pricing procedure and validate price with stakeholders.

Timely understand updated import policies and regulations, and report to superior.

Analyze import business KPI, and put forward optimization proposal.

Draft international and domestic logistics solution and operation process, control and manage 3rd party logistics company.

Effectively handle emergency case during import process.

Drive contingency solution and execution to assure customers supply, and support management level to implement crisis management.

System data and information maintenance (JDE, EYEs, SOA etc.,), which HFM China import team served.

Drive the subcontractors tender and price negotiation, benchmark market price and manage service contract.

Drive cost saving or cost avoidance evaluation, proposal and execution, control to meet target

Monthly import business settlements on time

Well handle SVC import (including Baskin Robbins) daily operation

Evaluate and manage external warehouse for holding imported products.

Complete another work assigned by superior.

Desired Skills & Experience:

At least 5 years import experience, proficiency in ocean shipment, customs declaration workflow of import food. 2+ years management experience is preferred.

Bachelor degree major in logistics or supply chain management

Project management experience is preferred.

Customs declare certification, and CCIB declare certification is preferred

Familiar with cold chain logistics is preferred.

MS office applications and Chinese Window

Independent, pleasant, innovation and team-spirited

Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

Good English skills in reading and writing

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Proactive, responsibility and quick learner

Collaboration and interpersonal skill

Good time management

Driving License is preferred.
