1. 在规定时间内向客户收齐补料，核对并确保及时发送完整、准确的补料给船公司；
2. 根据客户的指示制作海运相关单证，录入费用，与客户核对费用并向财务申请发票；
3. 根据公司要求发送通知及相关文件到目的港；
4. 文件归档和报表填制。
任职要求
1. 有良好的沟通协调和适应能力，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
2. 中专及以上学历，良好的英文读写能力，能用书面英语与国外顺利沟通；
3. 熟练使用办公软件，英文打字速度每分钟40个单词或以上；
4. 有相关工作经验或相关专业者优先。
