职位描述：
佛山顺德某欧美外企诚聘TPE产品销售运营总监一名，具体职位信息如下：
工作内容：
1.Leading the business segment TPE in China with P+L responsibility
2.Managing several departments
3.Create strong and profitable growth in China,
4.Develop new market segments with customized and profitable strategies.
5.Business and strategy development
6.Budgeting planning & responsibility
7.Reporting to the Regional Director.
8.Develop a clear key account structure,
9.Global communication & coordination with groups worldwide facilities.
职位要求：
1. Chinese Nationality
2.At least 5 years management experience of a company or business unit
3.Engineering degree in plastics or polymer technology
4.Experience in the TPE industry is MANDATORY
5.Strong sales personality
6.Strong business development capabilities
7.Strategic working approach
8.Hands-on working style
9.Good communicator and team player
10.Accept to travel frequently within China
Languages: Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), English (fluent), any other Asian language are of benefit.

具体待遇：月薪25000~40000（具体面议）
