职位描述
Title of Position: Asia Sales Manager or Director
Report to: GM
Key responsibilities include:
? Sales management of the Asia sales team, with employees located in Suzhou and Bangkok.
? Act as liaison to coordinate and align sales strategies in Southeast Asia, Europe and North America
? Use and Coach to the Printpack Sales Accelerator process to drive profitable new sales growth
? Cross-functional team leadership with overall project management accountability for the development of sales and new markets in Asia
? Conducting market analysis defining key target business opportunities that offer a strategic fit and growth potential for Printpack in both specialty rigid and flexible packaging
? Perform financial analysis, competitive positioning, and a "needs" & "value" evaluation for Printpack, our customer, and the consumer
? Develop and implement marketing plans which lead to Printpack's growth in new markets/businesses
? Identify new technologies required to serve new markets or deliver required packaging performance
? Track progress vs. operational and financial objectives
? Have input of pricing and update pricing based on contract
Minimum requirements:
? Bachelors Degree in a related field
? Native level Fluency in both English and Mandarin
? Five years of sales management experience with multi-national packaging company
? Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing is preferred
? Strong technical competencies in the packaging industry working with food companies
? Experience with the Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling process preferred
? Able to demonstrate experience in market development and growth
