Responsibilities :
1.Communicate with colleagues in Argentina ,transmit their comment and requirements to suppliers or colleagues in china .
2. Develop the new summer or winter collection for our company , ask the suppliers to send the pictures and send them to colleagues in Argentina for selection , after that , then need the suppliers to provide the quotation , also make the samples .
3. Follow up the new samples with Merchandiser , and update the process of samples by excel everyday
4. Follow up the orders , first , need translate or inform the suppliers for the client's work sheet . Then need ask the suppliers to make the new samples based on the modification . After that , arrange the merchandiser to send out all the samples to our client .
Once the orders to be confirmed , then need follow up the production time , PP samples , shipment samples .
5.Prepare all the information for inspection , arrange merchandiser to book the inspection online . After the inspection reports come out , if there is some problem with bulk goods , then discuss with colleagues in Argentina and suppliers to solve the problem
6.Once the production to be finished and ready to ship , then arrange the shipment issue with suppliers or our agent
7. The merchandiser need ask the factory for the packing list , at the same time , check all the documents with colleagues in Argentina . Once our client confirm all the documents , then go ahead for legalization , and after the documents to be finished .
Then ask the merchandiser to ship them to client
8. If clients come to china , also during the canton fair time , the manager need have business trip with clients , senior merchandiser need follow all the emails for the manager
Requirements :
1. College education or above ,
2. Be familiar with garment international business Min. 8 years hands-on working experience in sizable foreign trade company.
3. Good written and verbal skills in English, above CET 6
4. Good team-spirit, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-minded, responsible, honest & enthusiastic.
6. Able to work under pressure and independently.
