Report to: General Manager / VP directly and Global Engineering VP indirectly
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Drive Production Automation Process Projects and Process Improvement;
2. Responsible for factory facility management, new project management and equipment maintenance. Manage the facility team to keep the facilities in proper work condition;
3. Responsible for Capex Management. Monitor overall site construction, electrical, mechanical systems, cleanroom & installation/renovation including tender analysis, contract negotiation, project planning, quality & progress
monitoring and overall administration;
4. Supervise site works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and drawings
5. Improve the facilities' operation handbook with daily and periodical maintenance schedule, spare parts purchase plan, emergent scheme for accident. Control maintenance cost and expense, update facility expense forecast;
6. Coordinate with other departments and provides technical advice when needed;
7. Work closely with operation leaders to identify lean opportunity and drive facility utilization and cost reduction project;
8. Support setup and workshop expansion project, inclusive of site due diligence, contact government officials, project management and project handover and startup. Work with corporate function department on vendor evaluation and
monitoring. Interact with the facility vendors to ensure the economical, efficient and quality service;
9. Communicate and execute related metrics and actions to bring continuous improvement to these processes;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar Major/Specialty;
2. At least 10 years’ experience in building maintenance, electrical & mechanical systems & cleanroom design & installation/renovation. Minimum 10 years in overall maintenance project planning and management
3. High integrity, open-minded & self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind;
4. Be familiar with utility equipment management;
5. Experience in Electronic plant and related industry
6. Strong EHS knowledge and requirements. Experience to drive Safety at work.
7. Good command of English & Chinese (written and spoken);
8. Strong communication skills and leadership; Customer focus & cost-effective mind-set
9. Business-minded with initiative and creativity;
