职位描述：
Company

Our client is a supplier of systems and equipment for aerospace, defense and security.

The SPM must achieves tasks defined in chapter 2.1 and he will be assessed regarding the following topics:
o Suppliers performance level
o Suppliers risk management
o Suppliers improvement plan
o Involvement in Supply Chain improvement plan
o Involvement in Supplier Selection process

The SPM will be supported by the:
? Purchasing Department
? Supply-Chain Department
? Quality Department


The SPM Department reports directly to the Purchasing Vice-President.

Location: Suzhou or Shanghai

Responsibility

? To manage its suppliers level of performance :
? Measure and share (internally & externally) supplier overall performance (Industrialization milestones, Supply-Chain (OTD) and Quality (PPM))
? Set an action plan with the supplier to reach targets and monitor its implementation

? To coordinate our client team in case of logistic crisis
? To support our client team during supplier preselection & selection committee with his feedback regarding suppliers maturity (Approval, SSCAM …)

? Manage the overall performance of its portfolio
? Reach a shared vision of the performance
? Analyze suppliers’ performance
? Make supplier considers his performance
? Broadcast supplier performance

? Steer supplier action plan to follow LEAP, CFM56 and Silvercrest ramps-up using ‘Baseline’
? Define supplier surveillance status and risk level associated
? Make supplier build an adjustment plan into the baseline and for all the product life-time horizon
o Coordinate industrialization plan with mass production plan
o Check supplier Load/Capacity balance during industrialization phase and ramp-up phase


? Manage its portfolio industrial maturity development (QRQC, run@rate, SD workshop …)
? Identify and prioritize supplier to develop
? Criticize and enhance Supplier improvement plan
? Perform improvement workshop

? Mobilize, federate and coordinate Supplier Relationship Stakeholders (SRS)
? Participate to Industrial Scheme definition
? Participate to purchasing strategy definition
? Apply the strategy define for the supplier
? Assist purchasers in the negotiation / contract process
? Be involve in our client processes improvement
? Contribute to SPM department development and promote it in our client Group

Requirement

? Operational experience
? Previous experience in project management
? Experience in supplier relationship management
? Relation and Leadership potential, strong communication and management skills
? Listening and communication ability
? Innovation ability
? MRP2 and Lean-6 Sigma trained
? Economy basic concept
? French
