POSITION GOALS
1. Responsible for leading the delivery of the defined scope of work to client at the Site(s) for which they are accountable. In this capacity there are 6 major activities for which they are accountable:
2. People Management - develop and sustain a high quality well motivated team
3. Client Management - ensure that on site Clients expectations are met
3. Contracts Management - ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered
4. Finance Management - ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements
5. Health and Safety Management - ensuring the provision of a safe working environment
6. Site Operations Management - implementing Industry Best Practice operations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. People Management
a.Provide leadership for site FM team
b.Mentor & enable training & development of team members
c.Identify and fill staffing needs
d.Nurture an environment conducive to good teamwork and co-operation among colleagues
2. Client Management
a.Strive to "delight" the Client in all aspects of service delivery
b.Interact on a regular basis with the appropriate P&G C&SS Manager and on site client personnel to discuss ongoing service delivery and forward planning
3. Contracts Management
a.Ensure that all contracts at the site are delivering the required service at the correct cost
4. Site Operations Management
a.Deliver services as defined in the relevant Schedules of the Master Agreement ensuring the implementation and compliance with Best Practice procedures
b.Report critical & key performance measurements & achieve targets
c.Ensure that Account Management is informed immediately of any Critical Performance incidents on site
d.Complete all required audits and CSA'S and achieve targets
e.Provide appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports as required
f.Maintain sound management relationships with any third party tenants &/or property owners as appropriate.
g.Provide a responsive and pro-active service via seamless interface with all involved parties
h.Understand all aspects of any lease/licences that may impact the operation of the property.
i.Work with Client and Manager to develop and implement improved/new processes that improve service to the client and /or reduce cost.
j.Act as single point of contact for the management of any projects on site
5. Health and Safety Management
a.Ensure that the site meets all legal and Client required H&S regulations
b.Ensure that all Jones Lang LaSalle staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations
Finance Management
a.Ensure that the site meets all financial targets and control requirements
b.Provide standard monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports as required
Requirements,
1. over 5 years experience in office management or client service
2. good interpersonal skills and communication skills
3. confident and can work under pressure
