Job Responsibilities工作职责:
Management:
? Prepare and coordinate VIP visits and meetings, organize the schedule, logistics, reception locally.
? Prepare management meeting: meeting room, drinking and meeting equipments. Prepare and consolidate meeting documents etc if required.
? Assist GM to prepare presentation, meeting, schedule etc
? Support top management team for their schedule, meeting, leave records, travel and reimbursement process etc.
? Assist for company documents (notice policy/rules etc) translation
? Coordinate the cars and drivers for top management
? Other tasks assigned by GM.
Expatriates:
? Be responsible for Expatriates’ affaires, such as arrival organization, medical check, housing , licenses (visa, work/resident permit) application, school, logistics ,insurance and etc.
? Cooperate with Group and Delegation Expatriates coordinator on expatriate process
? Follow up each expatriate status in daily, provide active support if needed
Others:
? Meeting room organizations and coordination
? Air ticket , train ticket and hotel booking with monthly statistics .
? Reception of telephone call & messages transfer, update extension list on time
? Support to company communication activities
? Other tasks assigned by HRA Director
Job Requirements工作要求
- Education: College and above;
- Language: Fluent in English (oral & written);
- Computer skill: Family with Micro-office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Working experience: 2 years related professional experience
- Good communication skills, a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Autonomous, positive, initiative, proactive, honest and flexible
- Can work under pressure
- Good Team work spirit
- Careful in details, very well organized, responsible, reliable
