该职位归属于BD分支部门,需要配合销售积极向客户推广我们的技术产品,促进UPS客户的技术使用率,技术产品包括所有的UPS技术解决方案,例如UPS.com,UPS Worldship, UPS Shipping, CampusShip, Tradeability, Quantum View, E-billing等等。
1. 在同销售拜访客户的同时,倾听客户诉求,利用我们的服务和技术产品满足客户的需求。
2. 覆盖的客户类型:中小型客户
3. 参与任何与UPS技术产品有关的销售支持活动,提高技术产品的使用率,提供无纸化运单的推广
4. 参与任何与客户有关的技术产品的后期跟进和维护,包括硬件的维护和申请,与ETSG的合作
职位要求:
教育背景的要求至少包括下面任意一点
? 与技术相关的本科教育背景,例如计算机技术,MIS及相关领域
? 与工商管理相关的专业,辅修过计算机技术,MIS等
? 有过实施技术解决方案的经验
? 有过项目管理的经验
? 两年的世界500强的工作经验,有技术类销售优先
? 有销售技术类产品经验优先
A Specialist level position within the country/area/city Business Development function. This person drives UPS customer based technology initiatives and provides technology sales support to AE and ECAM in support of e-Commerce related engagements. This includes the full UPS technology, E-Commerce portfolio of solutions including UPS.com, UPS Worldship, UPS Internet Shipping, Enterprise CampusShip, TradeAbility, Quantum View, E-billing, Tradeablity
? Engaged in the evaluation stage of the sales cycle and develop needs of the customers. Using UPS technology and services to provide solutions to meet these needs.
? Focus area : Core, small & medium customers
? Engaged in any technology sales support activities, driving adoption of UPS solutions in support of our technology initiatives : (ECommerce solutions, PLD, Smart Label, etc.), driving PLD performance.
? Engaged in any customer’s technology deployment activities such as data integration, data mapping, hardware application documentation and implementation deployment activities, including coordination with eTSG personnel
Requirement:
The educational requirements of this position include one or a combination of the following:
? Technology-related undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field and/or:
? Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline and a minor in a technology-related field such as Computer Science or MIS
? Experience in hands-on implementation of information solutions for customers
? Project management experience
? Two years of technical support with UPS or another Fortune 500 company. Two years of technical sales support desirable
? Previous sales experience selling technology related products or services desirable
