Are you interested in media communication and ready to take on a new challenge?
With H&M’s vast expansion in the Mainland China market, we are looking for an H&M Club and E-commerce Coordinator that can join the Marketing and E-commerce department to optimize traffic and media communication in Mainland China.
The H&M Club and E-commerce marketing department are both part of the Mainland China’s Marketing team. This role involves a close working relationship with the H&M Club Manager and the E-commerce Marketing Manager respectively.
As the H&M Club and E-commerce Coordinator, you are responsible for communication and commercial calendar planning to retain and drive online and offline traffic. At the H&M Club, you will have an opportunity to help set up, plan and execute events for the club to retain loyal customers. To create the best online experience for customers in Mainland China, cross function coordination with Merchandisers, Visual Merchandisers, Site Planners, Customer Analysers and Marketing coordinators is essential to this role.
The role as an H&M Club and E-Commerce Coordinator is dynamic and the responsibilities will among others include:
? Together with the Club Manager, plan and execute events for the club
? Order placement of marketing material
? Proofreading in the Chinese language
? Set up club rewards in Adobe Campaign
? Cross function coordination and support commercial calendar
? Visit stores to create and maintain staff engagement for the club (club ambassadors and sales advisors)
? Plan and brief local sales-driving activities for all online media channels
? Represent the E-commerce Marketing in commercial and sales planning meetings
? Provide input to seasonal traffic goals and work with in-season traffic forecasting
? Report and analyse traffic per market channel
? Support the China markets in their activity planning to reach the set goals

? Are fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
? Work well under stressful conditions
? Have a higher education in marketing or equivalent ; previous marketing experience is preferred but not necessary
