Responsibility：
Manage the supply chain of AHG OEM & Solution’s 4 Manufacturing & 2 sales companies, and responsible for related KPI objective’s realization & continuous improvement.
- Implement group supply chain guideline, policy, process.
- Implement group category management strategy & sourcing solution, responsible for decentralized categories’ supplier evaluation, selection, management, sourcing solution’s set-up, implementation, and continuous improvement, in order to ensure reasonable cost & continuous reduction.
- Manage the daily procurement activities (Purchasing planning, Ordering, Materials pull-in, etc.) to meet direct materials & indirect spend’ requirements on time.
- Responsible for field management & daily operation of warehouse, ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Coordinate other related functions, to drive inventory reduction & materials turns improvement.
- Supply chain related System/tools’ implementation & utilization (ERP, BISM, ISMS, Seamless platform etc.)
- Supply chain data management (establish / collection, maintain, update and statistical analysis), and regular reporting.
- Supervise, Coach subordinates’ behavior & activities, and ensure the team go right direction & well perform daily tasks. Control expense of supply chain team.
- Other related jobs assigned by superior management.
Requirement：
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing Supply Chain & Purchasing, 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing team manager’s role.
- Well understand the logic of MRP running, and practically experienced in ERP application is necessary.
- Door industry experience & Engineering education background is preferable
- Experience in the role of Multiple entities’ responsibility & matrix environment will be plus.
- Practical and serious-minded working style, Initiative and responsible personality, and good logic thinking.
- Skillful of MS office application（especially Excel、PPT）
- Good communication skill and Strong sense of teamwork
- English reading & writing is necessary
- Bachelor degree in Materials / chemical / Mechanical field
- Able & Willing to travel frequently
