职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Leading Plant ME team to make and meet their annual KPI
2. Team work with Quality department for quality issue resolving
3. Continuous process improvement to achieve higher operation efficiency and PPH
4. Lead equipment engineers to make and implement TPM for all equipment
5. Lead and participate Pegasus saving projects to meet annual saving target
6. Provide technical training and support to technicians
7. Insure engineers to keep updating FMEA /PFD /WI and so on
8. Connect with advance engineering for new projects flawless launch 

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Automation
2. At least 8 years work experience; at least 2 year managerial position; experience in automotive is preferred
3. Complexity non-standard machine experience is plus.
4. Good computer skills at Excel, Word, Point Power, Project etc.
5. Lean manufacturing knowledge
6. Good transfer process control of new project
