职位描述
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Assist Project Manager and Business team for problem/need analysis/identification; understand customer's pain points and objectives for solutions.
2. Responsible on detail project implementation and enablement, including configure standard product package according to customer selections; setup testing environment and be responsible for smooth customer acceptance testing environment; coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve any testing problem; conduct user training; execute rollout strategy according to the customer-endorsed rollout plan.
3. Manage project issues during project implementation. Keep Project Manager updated on the status throughout the project implementation cycle.
4. Managing a portfolio of project implementation on schedule and with high customer satisfaction. Conduct post-monitoring and review the usage with customer.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 4 years' working experience in software system development field.
2. Detail-minded, be able to listen and ask insightful questions, with strong 'follow-up' discipline.
3. With in-depth understanding of most products requirement, configuration and limitation. Be a driver to coordinate the right team to ensure product issues can be resolved properly.
4. Excellent time management skills, will work proactively, independently and steadily with multiple deadlines and under pressure.
5. Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
