Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality functions including Quality Engineering, Quality System, Customer Quality, IQC.
-Assure procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
- Drive regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate as the company’s quality management representative.
- Establish new measurement systems if/where possible.
- Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures including Quality, Health and Safety
- Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering, 12 years quality experience in sizable electronics MNCs
- Technical and compliance knowledge in electronics manufacturing
- TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, RoHS, CCC Qualifications desired
- High level of customer and service focus
- Strong people and team management skills
