1.Drive profitable growth with our customers
2.Act as ultimate face of WeEn to the customers: Be the central contact person for all interactions
3.Cooperate (also with BDM/FAE teams) to feed-in relevant customer insights to the Marketing team
Key areas of accountability/responsibility:
Revenue:
Drive sales and contract fulfilment to achieve budget
Facilitate and support contract negotiations
Processes & structure:
Develop & implement business strategy in the assigned account/area. Participate in setting the account(s) budget.
Develop & maintain productive working relations with direct counterparts and key influencers in the customer base
Deploy channel strategy, drive & manage resources in channel(disti, VAR…) efficiently to max. WeEn’s benefit
Initiate, close and report design-in programs and identify new projects in co-ordination with BD and Marketing
Develop good understanding of the customer and their/our applications to maximize business opportunities
Prepare account forecast. Understand production plans, ramp-up/-downs, and communicate forecast (RFF/ DP)
Provide product and pricing information to the customer. Understand customer price targets and competitive offering
Participate in required reporting processes
Responsibility:
Responsible for meeting sales & DW targets in assigned accounts/area
Technological challenges:
Medium size design-in projects
Typically local scope and market dynamics
