职位描述：
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

? Familiar with AVIAGE Systems SW-PRO tools life cycle tasks: define tools requirements
With key stakeholder, define and review tool requirements, tool implementation and testing,
Configuration data management and lifecycle documents.
? Knowledge in IMA Systems, IMA Platform Systems, IMA CCR IS software, IMA data
    Network
? Develop and maintain IMA configuration toolsets, IMA development and verification tools
     and other engineering tools.
? Independently complete assigned tasks and communicate timely for road block issues.
? Communication of technical information between organizations and within work group
? Understanding and execution of all assigned tasks meeting requirements within assigned
    Budget and schedule
? Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as system engineering, quality
Engineering, certification, hardware engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, services, global
Engineering, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics or Computer Science field
? At least 5 years’ experience in software development or/and testing.
? Familiar with software development methods such as waterfall or/and Agile
? Familiar with software design architecture and integration
? Experience of using C#, C/C++ and scripting language.
? Experience with testing automation
? Experience with documentation generation and review
? Ability to organize information and make timely and sound decisions
? Ability to consistently produce high quality work
? Able to prioritize work, and communicate openly
? Solid English oral and written communication skills

Desired Characteristics

? Master Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics or Computer Science field
? Knowledge of DO-178B and Tool Qualification
? Experience in systems engineering, full life cycle of software development
? Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate extensive internal and external project
