- From our Building Technologies entity, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development team Leader.
What are my responsibilities?
- Product mix for channels (partner programs) and VMs
- Work out discount and rebate policy, do analysis and review per year
- Work out special project discount policy, discount and rebate setting
- To keep the channel transparency
- Solution/Distribution/FS partner strategy and program
- Forecasting for logistic, to be a coordinator among each function departments
- Reporting for channel and product
- Sales tools creation, implementation and maintenance(e.g. HIT, I-Mall)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Relevant qualification and 5+ years working experience on channel management
- In-depth knowledge of partners strategy and logistic forecasting
- Good communication skills written oral
- Knowledge and interest in policy design and implementation
- In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
