职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Project safety control
1) Support project manager to manage project safety for the project on site.
2) Make sure the project will be implemented under zero accident.
3) Have good safety consciousness, can find safety hidden trouble in project.
4) Trainning the worker of subcontractors, ensure the worker work according with AL's safety requirment.
5) Check and record the PPE of site, make sure all is validate.
2. Project quality control
1) Support project manager to manage project quality for the project on site.
2) Make sure the project will be implemented on site under quality requirement.
3) Trainning the worker of subcontractors, ensure the worker work according with AL's quality requirment.
4) Qualify the welder and installation worker of subcontractor, ensure the worker is competent for the project.
3. Project schedule control
1) Support project manager to control project progress for whole project or partially
2) Make sure the project will be no delay
4. Site construction management
1) Support project manager to manage the subcontractors on site.
2) Improve ability of management self, adapt to complicated project.
5. Communication and executing ability
1) Communication with project manager and project engineer and electrical engineer, coordinate with project requirments and AL requirments
2) Make sure the installation on site is according with project requirment, customer requirment and AL requirements
 
 
Requirements
1. More than 3 years experience in special gas system project
2. Site management of special gas system installation
3. Strong mindset of "Safety-First management"
4. Basic knowledge of ESG distribution system (AVP, BGDS, GC, VMB/P, Candi system etc)
5. Familiarity with SUS piping welding and installation
