Job Title : food additive purchase assistant
Location : Shanghai
Reports To : Purchase manager and General manager

Job Purpose

To help the purchase manager for the food additive purchase and related logistics of DVA Group

Principal Accountabilities

1. To be in charge of the daily business of Food Additives, help the Group to purchase the product from China and coordinate the relevant logistics and communicate between the suppliers and Hamburg headquarter.

2 To have a close communication with both suppliers and Hamburg headquarter for the business and logistics information.

3. To be in line with the company policy and requirement on ethical and commercial terms

4. To feedback all market intelligence and business environment to Hamburg headquarter and work closely as a team with other colleagues


Qualifications and Experience

1. Good in both written and spoken English(大学四级以上)

2. 2 to 3 years experiences in the international business of food additive products, or other chemical products.

3. Education background as for food additives, chemicals or international business is preferable.

4. Basic computer skills, as for Microsoft Office and email

5. Under 30 years old
