Position Summary:
The Finance Shared Services Manager will lead the operations, supporting and end-to-end processes for the CPS Division China accounting shared service center (SSC). This position will lead the design and implementations of the China finance shared services strategy and manage a team of 70+ staffs. Additionally, the successful person in this position will:
Lead SSC team in China to provide accurate financial report to management and support business segments to deliver revenue and profit result.

Duties & Responsibilities:
？ In charge of Shared Service Center (SSC) which includes AR,AP and GL, as well as related internal control for all China Entities.
？ Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data. Solve the possible issues and incidents across CPS China SSC, monitor quality execution and metrics.
？ Be responsible for coordination with local tax authorities and other government authorities, and advise management on tax issues/changes.
？ Work with Tax and Government Bureau on tax incentives programs.
？ Liaise with external auditor (E&Y) for the Group and Statutory audit
？ Ensure proper internal control are implemented across all entities regarding transactions accounting
？ Work with other team members and departments to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
？ Contact window with internal and external audit and providing related supporting.
？ Coach, develop and build a strong team.
？ Assist Finance Director/VP on other projects.

Skills & Requirements:
？ Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
？ Good knowledge of accounting & finance functions, can support business functions
？ Fluent communication in Chinese and English.
？ Good interpersonal skills and leadership.
？ Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure.

Education & Experience :
？ Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related
？ Local Tax and Statutory expertise
？ Minimum 15 years of experiences and 5 to 8 years of SSC experience in the foreign company
？ CPA and ERP knowledge preferred (JDE or Oracle)
？ SSC experience of setting up and running the platform preferred within a MNC
？ Business sense and experience of multi-sites and entities.


KPI :
？ Monitor the finance team of the new and existing branches for the JVs and New MOU
？ Provide SSC service to new create branches/ MOU if required and continue support existing branches/MOU
？ Develop cross locations (branches, MOU and Shanghai SSC) support of the accounting work 举报 分享
