Job Responsibilities
? Source for candidates using various channels including cold calling
? Build and update database
? Screen Profiles based on requirements from Clients and attend all trainings provided
? Coordinate interviews and ensure all information are in the database
? Responsible for ad hoc duties assigned
? Fresh Graduates welcome!


Job Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above with god interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
? Humble, Hard working, responsible and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
? Mature and results-driven with logical thinking
? Proficient in MS Office
? Good command of spoken and written English

- 能够主导基于结构化/ 行为问卷的电话/面对面的面试
- 代表客户以专业的沟通方式将工作机会推荐给适合的候选人
- 及时将候选人的职业经历、技能、优势和不足连同你的评价更新到系统中
- 管理候选人的期望值和整个招聘流程
- 候选人与客户进行面试前，我们要和候选人做好充分的面试准备
- 与候选人建立良好的关系，并保证他们的档案在数据库里随时更新

工作要求
- 本科学士学位以上
- 良好的人际沟通技巧和展示技巧
- 谦虚，勤奋，有责任心，注重细节
- 具有良好的抗压能力和紧迫感，并能够在规定的期限内完成公司给与的任务
- 成熟，良好的逻辑思维并以结果为导向
- 熟练使用MS Office及良好的英语听说读写能力
