Supplier Quality Engineer

We are looking for a SQE in QA Dept based in our Shanghai office. In this role, you’ll focus on supplier process quality control at the manufacturing level.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about our products, vision, and success - beyond checking off tasks.

? Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes for commodities such as printed circuit board assemblies, power supplies, cables, coils, battery packs, mechanical parts (plastics, machined, sheet metal), etc.
? Experience with all aspects of supplier quality management: quality concepts/tools/methods (e.g. FMEA, DOE, IQ/OQ/PQ, MSA, GRR, 8D, etc.), quality issue resolution and quality monitoring measures.
? Review/ assess supplier manufacturing processes and Quality Systems in support of Purchasing sourcing goals
? Improve quality, price and/ or delivery performance of suppliers by conducting workshops at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in the development of a quality system, or other technical support as required.

-Investigate, assess and monitor quality system.
-regularly audit supplier and improve quality performance
-Train supplier for new criterial and rule if have
？ Supplier material quality control and management
-Sample verification and approval
-Cope with materials quality problems which find at IQC and production line
？ Supplier In-process Quality Control
-Improve yield rate for each station
-Line audit
-Machine and fixture buy off
-CTQ creation and update
？ Supplier Final Quality Control
-FQC/OQC/OBA/REL/Certificate
Qualifications and Experience
o 4~8 years of FATP and SMT work experience
o Consumer Electronic background
o SQE work experience with IQC/QE/PQE/PQC/OQC/OBA knowledge
o ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949 and so on certificate
o RoHS/REACH certificate
o 6sigma/PDCA certificate
o Excellent English and Mandarin
Profile Preferred
o Culturally aware/ability to work with Asia and US teams
o Willingness to travel
o Acoustic background as like headset
