Customer Quality Engineer

Our client is the French international packaging giant group was founded in 1896, in France, Spain, Brazil and the United States, a total of ten China subsidiary, mainly produces high-grade glass bottles of perfume and food, medical supplies, is the same industry in Europe or the world leader. The company's products include cosmetics, medicine, food, beverage, beer, Wine and white wine, its customers more well-known brands at home and abroad customers of L'OREAL and Estee Lauder.
The position is open in Shanghai office.

GENERAL MISSION
？ In charge of interfaces between this client and customers for quality matters.
？ Management and Analysis of Customer complaints.
？ Must be able to understand technical aspects of glass making and of the business of our clients.
？ To update clients regularly on developments and news communicated by the technical and quality departments of the plant and make appropriate suggestions.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
？ Responsible for Customer Relationship for Quality – ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product performance.
？ Handle customer complaint.
？ Provide technical support to sales and NPI in new product development and after sales.
？ Review and negotiate with client about product specification.
？ Transfer the specification into internal guideline or specification according to client specification.
？ Support root cause analysis and corrective action according to customer complaint.
？ Follow up the performance of corrective action plan.
？ Review the effectiveness of action plan and follow up continuous improvement.

EXPECTED PROFILE
？ 3 to 4 years of University : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
？ 2 to 3 years working experience
