Purpose of Position:
To perform the local hiring to meet with business needs timely, carry out all hiring activities especially in DL hiring following company process and to meet with competence requirement. Control all the hiring plan with closely monitor the progress, coordinate all the stakeholders for the task. Contact local DL vendors for the qualified sourcing and feeding.
Responsibilities
? Effectively deploy hiring process for both direct and indirect workforce.
? Monitor HR related cost, especially in recruiting area and prepare the related analysis.
? Deploy HR process including on boarding, probation management and exit etc.
? Resolve employee relation issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
? Track and document employment issues as required for procedural and legislative purpose.
? Identifies employee value proposition issues affecting turnover and works with Plant HR Manager to identify actions for improvement.
? Takes ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing / delivering HR programs (e.g., HR2.0, CLC upgrade…).

Required:
? Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or related
? At least 3 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent in multi-national companies
? Knowledge of local labor contract law and related regulations
? Interview /communication/coordination skill
? Flexibility/customer-oriented/organized/patient
Desired:
? Master’s degree in related area or HR certifications
? Understanding of Corning functional processes (Admin, HR, Operations, etc.).
