职位描述：
1) Daily monitoring on China inventory level at both DCs and Plants for different product categories against inventory target through data collection & analysis.
2) Organize weekly demand and supply alignment(war room) meetings with commercial, CS, production to discuss the necessary demand and supply adjustment to current plan.
3) Control the inventory level in line with inventory target through close communication with planners, commercials and CS based on demand and supply balance result and war room decisions.
4) Provide support and advice to planners on production plan adjustment from inventory management perspective to minimize the business impact in case of supply issue.
5) Master data checks, updates and maintenance for all key systems (such as but not limited to SAP, MPS) on a monthly basis
6) Act as the focal Point for China bad Inventory Management
7) Act as the owner for reporting & analysis tools in China.(e.g.Tableau, IMPro..)
8) Regular or ad-hoc inventory reporting assigned by managers
9) Regular (weekly) Wave, Tableau and war room scorecard updates
10) Supporting data warehouse HSIMS related roll out tasks
11) Ad-hoc support to the Inventory project team and project manager
Special Features
1. Advanced skills in data analysis using MS office Excel(must) and Access(preferred) .
2. Strong sense of overall consciousness.
3. Due to the dynamics of a continuous production environment it is necessary to deal with high pressure and maintain at the same time a high level of accuracy in the day to day activities.
4. Good communication and co-ordination with other departments and functions, such as regional S&OP team, CS, production, internal and external warehouse, logistic supervisor/team, purchasing department is required. Constancy and good persuasive skill is required in front of conflict.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills needed
1) University degree or above.
2) Minimum 3 years experience as a material planner or production planner or related positions.
3) General knowledge of customer service/supply chain/logistics is a must.
4) Technical knowledge of chemical production processes to make realistic proposals on the production and the processing of material that is outside specification during the production processes.
5) Advanced skills in data analysis using MS office Excel is a must.
6) Knowledge with respect to working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
7) Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety issues directly impacting the Production planning process
8) Good influencing skills and interpersonal skills
9) Fluent in Mandarin and good English language skill in both written and spoken.
