Position:Production Planner III

Department:Manufacturing Planning

Reports to:Voice Ops Materials Manager

Location: Beijing 全职

Position Purpose:

Monitor the build schedule of our contract manufacture to ensure we meet the demand of our customers. Monitor daily backlog demand. Create and place PO’s to our contract manufacture. Review Engineering Changes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

·Monitor backlog daily. Initiate, release, and monitor contract manufacture to build and move product to FG.

·Monitor FG at the various warehouses around the world and move product to support customer demand.

·Monitor FG product to maintain company goals on freight cost and inventory turns.

·Monitor rework needs with our contract manufacture.

·Work with sales, customers and product management to understand product trends and demands

·Review all BOM changes after an EC release to insure accuracy.

·Perform all set up activities in People Soft when a new part number or BOM is released.

·Other duties as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

·BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.

·5-7 years experience working with an ERP system w/in a high tech manufacturing environment. Fourth Shift and/or People Soft experience desired.

·Prefer experience in and/or knowledge of demand flow manufacturing methods.

·Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

·Excellent communications skills to interface with other departments.

Remarks： fluent English level ，have the experience in FOXCONN, Flextronics is best.
