职位描述：
1. 负责集团电商项目的需求分析, 以及架构设计和开发等各项工作，日常开发小组的团队管理；
2. 能按时,独立,高质量地完成工作，对自己的代码要求严格；
3. 能分析解决复杂的技术问题；
4. 指导初级程序员工作，并负责Code Review；
5、维护软件使之保持可用性和稳定性。

岗位要求
1. 专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，4-5年及以上扎实的JAVA开发经验，强大的编码能力；
3. 3年以上互联网行业大型企业应用系统开发相关经验，扎实的基础知识, 有处理高并发请求架构经验优先；
4. 熟悉Java EE相关技术，对框架有深入理解（Spring MVC/ Struts2/ iBatis/ Hibernet等），熟悉常用Java应用服务器，能对框架进行重构和优化者优先；
5. 熟悉接口技术，如webservice，thrift和hessian等，有协议开发经验优先；
6. 熟悉Linux常用命令，能独立在上面进行开发，测试和部署；
7. 熟悉mysql数据库，能熟练运用sql语言，sql优化等，有PGsql经验优先；
8. 熟悉Web及前端技术（包括 Javascript，ajax，json，jQuery, ext等开源框架）。
