Job description:
The diabetes product specialist in this role will need sales mindset to identify and understand clinical and market needs of diabetes patients, provide on – site & timely patients service of pump & diabetes devices installation & adjustment, and ensure fitness for use of our product for appropriate selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sales mindset to facilitate the sales opportunities in diabetes product line with necessary sales and communication skills;
- Work with distributors to conduct regular and timely on – site service to our patients for diabetes devices installation & adjustment. Preliminary clinical trouble – shooting capability are required during service;
- Work with distributors to conduct customer calls on hospitals HCPs for engagement and bidding activitiesl
- Ensuring compliance with global regulations and rapid resolution of product surveillance issues
- Work with training team to develop and support product training for physician customers and field sales associates
- Work with marketing team to developing and execute on global product launches
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical device/pharmaceutical industry. Clinical background will be a plus;
- Mindset and passion for driving sales opportunities to deal close via communication skill / customer service skill;
- Ability to travel extensively (50%) within China (focus on north China)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to build strong relationships with HCPs & KOLs
