职位描述：
?Key Responsibilities:
? Develop independently or in team format the solutions that enables change management and performance optimization for defined geographic/business/function group based on in-depth organizational diagnosis
? Champion for employee development and engagement effectiveness across Great China offices and sites and manage the overall communication/leveraging strategy
? Consult with HR client facing group as well as their client group on TM related challenges and make recommendations
? Location deployment of global/Pacific area Talent Management programs in G.China
? Lead or team up on the global or area projects TM projects
? Corporate training course/workshop facilitation
? Responsible for gathering external competitive intelligence information in regards to development and engagement
Requirements:
? Innovation mindset
? Outstanding communication skills both orally and in written
? Strong interpersonal skill
? 5+ years’ experience in Talent Management field
? Experience in consulting industry will be a plus
