职位描述：

工作职责：

1、根据工厂生产水平，制定公司需求生产计划

2、根据工厂生产反馈，制定存货计划

3、分析管理绩效考核

4、制定总仓调拨补货计划，平衡全国各个RDC的存货数量

5、协助经理提供会议需要的信息

候选人要求：

1、本科及以上学历

2、2年以上供应计划管理经验，快消行业优先

3、熟练操作Office软件，Excel软件优先

4、沟通能力好、有责任心、有团队合作精神

5、英语读写能力优秀，能与国外工厂交流、召开工作会议；熟练撰写英文邮件

Responsibility:

1、Manage the weekly and monthly replenishment and production planning process

2、Ensure that manufacturing plants are optimizing compliance with schedules

3、Support the supply component of the IBP process; this includes supporting Plant/Hub Supply Review

4、Ensure KPI delivery for service levels, inventory reduction initiatives for finished goods WIP, and commercialization of new products through the Supply Chain

5、Manage the supply planning of co-manufacturers and co-packers working alongside with Procurement and Logistic Operations

6、Manage aging inventory, working with the Category team and respective hub to minimize clearance costs

Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above

2、Minimum 2 years’ experience in in supply management

3、Good office skill

4、Good communication skills、strong sense of responsibility and team spirit

5、Fluent spoken / written English
