MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Specifying processes design for new programs and determine process proposal, provides capital estimation on all equipments and toolings and complete preliminary MPPS for department Manager’s review.
？ Formulating equipments specification or standards for released program to outside suppliers, leading equipments and fixture’s sourcing.
？ Reviewing and approving supplier’s design and deviations, following up equipment building schedule and performing executive review periodically with supplier.
？ Leading the relative process documents creation and review with function team on Process flow Diagram, Metrology review, PFMEA, Control Plan, Pictorial Process Sheet etc.
？ Leading all certification activities on supplier’s equipment including runoff, equipments installation, plant certification, PPAP and launch etc, and complete Certification Book.
？ Evaluating and troubleshooting the existing processes to achieve high quality and throughput targets.
？ Perform other duties as assigned from Dept. Manager.
KEY COMPETENCIES
？ Good professional skills on machining or assembly process;
？ Be familiar with MS office (word, excel PowerPoint) and Auto-CAD;
？ Familiar with TS16949 and ISO 14001;
？ Good problem solving, project management and good communication skills;
？ Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE？ Educational: A college degree in engineering or related technical field required;
？ Experience: At least two years Manufacture Engineering experience in the automotive industry
PECIAL REQUIREMENTS？
Knowledge of PLC, electrical and hydraulic, machine building, fixture and gages design etc. experience.
