Responsibilities: 1.RFQ/Annual Bidding 2.PPV Driving 3.Item Master & STD Cost Set up 4.Buy-Information Maintain 5.Alternative Proposal / Cost Control 6.NPI and Sample Build Supports 7.R&D Activity Sourcing Supports 8.Supplier Base Management 9.Prefer Supplier List Build up 10.Supplier Selection and Evaluations 11.Supplier Related Escalations Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and /or experience 2.Good communications skills,Written and oral English proficiency. 3.Excellent PC Skills, including MS office and Excel. 4.Aptitude for strategic and quantitative analysis/reports / presentations 5.Good to organize , Express and have strong negotiation skills; 6.Have the commodity technical background for PCB or other commodity 7.Have at least 5years experience in procurement/Sourcing role, Have manager/Leader experience is a plus 8.Coming from EMS factory(better from big EMS environment) 9.Team player, attention to detail, time management and sense of urgency 10.Demonstrated team management skills. 11.Clear logic of thinking & Process minded 12.Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers. 13.Ability to communicate cross functionally as well as up and down the enterprise. 14.Ability to work in a fast moving environment. 15.Good Knowledge of Procurement Function running process ,R&R and KPI concepts 16.Working knowledge of supply chain systems, tools, and techniques. 17.Complete understanding and experience with integrated manufacturing software systems, i.e. ERP, MRP 18.Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills. Strong cross-functional leadership, relationship building and collaboration with business organizations
