职位描述：
We are looking for anOperation Assistant, who wants to join an exciting and fast-growing American company. The candidate may be a recent college graduate or has 1-3 years related working experience.


Job Description:
Applicant will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
1) Assist field-work director in building, managing and monitoring a China-wide network of product inspectors/auditors. Ensuring inspectors/auditors have the tools, training and inspection materials they need.
2) Updating our internal tracking and reporting datasheets.
3) Working with factories throughout China to ensure inspections and other field work is booked by the factory, properly and on-time. Receive bookings from the factory. Check data and create bookings accordingly.
4) Arranging auditors/inspectors throughout China for field-work according to their expertise.
5) Collecting information from inspectors/auditors after field work is complete, creating and submitting pre-results for management approval.
6) Other jobs as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1) 2-4 year college/university degree;
2) Highly detailed oriented, active, self and team-motivated.
3) Outstanding attention to detail.
4) Good command of English.
5) Good computer skills, able to work in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related computer programs.
6) Excellent communication skills.
7) Able to work well under pressure.
