职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for Logistics Management System (LMS) maintenance, change control and enhancement.
1) Gathering / consolidating enhancement requests from import/export/bonded work area.
2) Submit ITCR for the logistics systems changes and system issues fixes.
3) Project management, cross-function leading and coordination for new request on LMS.
4) Act as LMS owner to monitor system performance, maintain data in system and coordinate with IT to solve system issue in a timely manner.
2. Be responsible for logistics business process continuous improvement, Audit, review and identify logistics process improvement areas and address them with project and PDCA methodology..
3. Lead or support as core team in logistics initiatives such as VAT project, HTS code project etc. .
4. Support productivity related IT tools deployment such as web page and workflow.
5. Back up to provide engineer information of Import materials HTS classification.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineer or Computer.
2. 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics and experience in electronics company is preferred.
3. With certifications from China Customs and CIQ are preferred.
4. Good English in written (CET-4 is preferred).
5. Demonstrated quick learn ability.
6. Excellent analysis, problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Have a good knowledge base on semiconductor products or have some IT background.
8. Ability to work independently.
