Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor suppliers in compliance with the Gap’s code of vendor conduct and relevant legal requirements
• Partner and support suppliers to formulate effective action plans to overcome issues found in their organizations
• Educate and influence suppliers to establish and maintain sound preventive measures to sustain the compliance performance
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• University graduate with 2-4 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience in US Buying Office is definite advantage
• Work with high integrity, proactive, and self-discipline
• Enthusiastic, team player and can take on pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in both Mandarin & English
• Frequent travels
