职位描述
要 求:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources is preferred
2. Above 2-3 years experience of C&B function
3. Professional knowledge of compensation concepts and mathematical techniques, familiar with
local HR policy and regulations.
4. Good problem solving skills, PC processing skills.
5. People-oriented, systematic and a good communicator, team player.
6. Good English skill, both in written and spoken
职 责:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Compensation & Benefits Operation
1. Be responsible for payroll preparation and calculation for retail stores.
2. Ensure all the retail payroll has 100% accuracy and deliver on time.
3. Office payroll support (such as commission, overtime records, part-time records, expatriates reimbursement, etc.)
4. C&B related payment issue and payout.
5. Office tax regularly submit and get tax receipt for expatriates
6. Monitor plan and actual cost, identifies problem areas, and review changes in compensation and benefits.
7. Keep continually communication with Finance/Vendors for any C&B information support.
Project / Analysis
1. Expatriate’s service such as on boarding process, work permit, visa, insurance enrolment and exit etc.
2. Responsible for staff internal purchasing and office managers’ uniform.
3. Acting as an ownership to review the compensation benefits(such as insurance, physical exam, other C&B related)
4. Prepares periodic analysis reports relevant to the compensation and benefits (such as PNL, commission report, ZTC attendance report).
5. Budget preparation (normally 3 times per annum)
6. Issue the confirmation letter for store manager and office non-manager level (offer letter, transfer letter, promotion letter etc.)
7. Leave management
8. Prepares data and participants in surveys and in reviews of data for both retail and office staff.
9. Ensure HRIS goes smoothly and upgrade if necessary.
Other Requirements
-Participates in development of compensation and benefits policy.
-Update the compensation related labour law and implement into daily work.
-Assist to C&B manager for some projects needs.
-Other C&B related issues or activities support.
