职位名称：project assistant manager

内容：

The Security Project Asssistant Manager (SPAM) must have knowledge of local security codes and regulations. In addition, they must ensure internal compliance with Citi Security Policy. They are responsible for the function supporting of administering and managing policy and procedures as they relate to all security programs. This will include management and deployment of security system installation and testing project , site survey for new premise , risk assessment after project completion ,etc.

All inspections and testing of the security protection systems, alarm systems, CCTV systems, and security procedures to ensure compliance with Citi Security Policy will be conducted and documented.

This post will also be responsible for all new projects handover programe to business end users and all project files documentation works .

This post will also represente Citi China for new projects police approval / inspection works and tracking / coordination with all related parters to ensure every project to meet schedule based on quality assurance and government /Citi

Policies .

This post is responsible for security system handover training including training of the BSG team and BSSA .

This post provides awareness training for all new employees, including situations such as How to operate CCTV review and alarm set .

· College Degree or equivalent job related work experience

· With project management experience in management capacity

· Bi-lingual capabilities with local language (where applicable)

· Must be flexible and quick response
