职位描述

要 求:
-A Bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
四年制大学本科学历,或者相当的教育和经验。
-A minimum of three to five years experience in medical equipment sales is preferred.
至少三至五年的医疗设备销售经验。
-Previous supervisory experience of field sales teams preferred.
有过管理现场销售团队的经验。
-Must be available for travel up to 70% of the time.
必须能够承受70%的时间在出差上。
-Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; previous experience and familiarity with CRM system.
熟练的计算机技能,例如:Microsoft Office 包括 Word, Excel ,PowerPoint和Outlook。具有熟练操作CRM软件的经验。
-Knowledge of the hospital and operating room environment is highly recommended.

-Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering documents and attending meetings, etc.

职 责:
-Develops and implements strategic sales plans to insure corporate goals are met with consistency.
发展和实施销售战略计划,以确保符合公司目标的一致性
-Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
直接参与销售预测并根据预测制订业绩目标。
-Evaluates market dynamics, monitors customer needs, pricing, and discounting.
评估市场动态,密切关注客户需要,价格和折扣。
-Meets with key clients and assists sales consultants with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
与销售顾问一起会见关键客户,保持与客户的关系,参与谈判,并完成交易。
-Coordinates activities between field sales, technical services, customer services, and related operational departments.
协调现场销售、技术服务人员、客户服务人员和相关业务部门的工作。
-Analyzes and controls expenses to conform to budgetary requirements.
分析和控制开支,以符合预算的要求。
-Prepares and submits sales reports showing sales volume, projected sales, region funnel maintenance, and areas of opportunity.
准备和提交反映销售业绩、销售计划,区域funnel维护信息和销售机会的销售报告。
-Monitors, evaluates, and reports activities and products of the competition.
监测,评估和汇报竞争对手的活动和产品。
