要 求：
1）A degree in property management or related discipline, with solid relevant experience
Hands-on negotiation experience
2）Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with external and internal clients as well as team members
3）Management/Consultancy position with responsibility for corporate real estate within a large MNC or MNC real estate agency
4）Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
5）Excellent teamwork spirit

职 责：
1）Plan, implement and monitor the administration of the bank’s commercial portfolio.
2）Provide support to Portfolio Manager and Leasing Managers in daily operations, including but not limited to follow up daily issues, liaise with business users and co-ordinate with real estate consultants, preparing AMC, arranging payments and chopping.
3）Collect leasing information and prepare periodic leasing reports on fixed frequency.
4）Assist in the development of property strategy including cost reduction and branch rollout plan.
5）Assist in the implementing of the cost saving plans on real estate transactions.
6）Assist in the development of the real estate annual budget and strategic plans.
7）Be responsible to mitigate and manage property risks.
8）Assist in the management of the service providers’ relationships including the real estate agency appointment.
9）Coordinate team affairs and complete tasks assigned by Line Manager and Leasing Managers.
