要 求：
Bachelor degree or above with background in engineering - manufacturing
Strong team spirit and results-oriented.
At least 3-5 years experience with working in a production/engineering environment
Proven people management and communication skills
Good English communication abilities like listening, speaking, reading and writing
Experience with working in an international environment is an advantage.
Willing to travel abroad

职 责：
1. Manage the production planning based on the project requirements and budgets
2. Responsible for the on time delivery and quality of the produced goods.
3. Responsible for the production capacity plan
4. Responsible to develop the local manufacturing capabilities and capacity to support the main business units : automation of electronic and mechanical products, testing and fixtures of these products and standard products.
5. Responsible for the safety performance of production
6. Responsible for the efficiency and cost management of the production department
7. Responsible for the purchasing and logistics department.
8. Set up a reliable supply base in China.
9. Responsible for implementing the necessary tools to improve efficiency and throughput of operations
10. Develops implements and manages instructions, policies, and procedures to support above activities
11. Reports directly to general mgr of Shanghai and is member of the management team
