要 求：
1. Bachelor degree. At least 5 years HR professional working experiences and at least 3 years solid experience in C&B function in foreign owned companies.
2. Proficient in English.
3. High initiative, self motivated and result orientated.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Open and good team work, demonstrate ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment.
6. Good command of Microsoft Office, be familiar with PeopleSoft system is a plus

职 责：
1. Monitor the legality and effectiveness of existing pay polices, guidelines and procedures, recommend revision plan which are cost effective and consistent with pay trends.
2. Deliver operational compensation consulting, tools, processes, policies and projects.
3. Deliver monthly payroll, allowance, bonus/incentive, RSU/stock, long term incentive, benefits, social insurance and individual income tax, etc on time and accurately.
4. Deliver monthly payroll report and other reports on time and accurately.
5. Manage recognition programs.
6. Operate employment contracts.
7. Manage probation, promotion, performance evaluation, performance improvement and termination programs.
8. Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook, make sure they are compliance with China laws and practices.
9. Ensure the existing operational practices and activities are compliance with China laws and practices.
10. Communicate/train HR and pay polices, guidelines and procedures to employees.
11. Provide professional and effective HR support to above human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed.
