Basic Purpose and Function:主要职能

Follow up the domestic sales and serve existing customers to promote sales performance. Assist sales manager to develop and manage new potential customers. Also help overseas sales as supplementary work when needed. Use company resources and direct efforts to do sales support and service to satisfy both internal and external customers.

跟进国内销售，服务现有客户以提升销售。辅助销售经理发展和管理潜在客户。根据需要辅助海外销售。利用公司一切资源和自身直接的努力来支持销售并服务内外客户，使其满意。

1.Sales department/Execute marketing strategy and sales policies to achieve sales objectives for product line.

销售部：执行市场政策和销售政策以达到销售目标

2.Engineering department/Learn technical knowledge

工程部：学习技术知识

3.QA department/Customer satisfaction survey and feedback on product problem

品质部：客户满意调查和反馈以及产品一切质量问题的改进

4.Logistics department/Sales forecast, material checking and follow up the shipments

物流部：销售预测，物料核对和跟进发货

5.Production department/confirm the consistency of customers’ requirements

生产部：确认生产与客户订单要求的一致性

6.Financial department/Payment and Invoice

财务部：付款和发票

Externally:外部

* Advertising company/Design, prepare sales literature and booth display for exhibition

广告公司：设计准备销售资料以及参加展会时的展位布置

* Distributors/Prepare sales materials and provide sales support

代理商：准备销售物料和提供销售支持，包括报价、合同、下单、发货等全程跟单

* Marketing/Compile market surveys and prepare marketing plan

市场：市场调查和准备营销计划

* Master dealers/Collect market feedback, VOC and provide sales support

主要经销商：收集市场反馈，提供销售支持

* Project customers/Establish good relationship with them and obtain the orders

项目客户：建立好的生意关系并获得订单

Qualifications资格条件

1.Sex: No limit, Age:25-30, Education: Bachelor, Language: English above CET-6

性别：不限，年龄25-30岁之间，学历：大学本科，语言：普通话标准、英语六级以上

2.Good computer skills on Word, Excel, Outlook and etc.

计算机技能熟练，精通办公软件操作，比如Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook等。

3.At least three years of experience on sales support

至少三年的销售支持经验

4.Good obedience, communication skills, mentality, team work, understanding and execution capability, document management capability

好的服从性、懂得沟通技巧、心态良好、有团队精神、工作认真仔细、有责任心，具备良好的理解力、执行力和文件管理能力

5.Good communication in English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. Good translation capability.

能熟练用英语沟通和工作，听说读写熟练，并具有良好的翻译能力。

6.The qualification can be relaxed for especially excellent people on certain aspect or possessing considerable customer resources
